Adults: Take one capsule up to twice daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Because this preparation contains Selenium, if higher doses of Enzogenol™ are required, the plain Enzogenol™ 50mg Capsule or the 150mg strength should be used.
Precautions / Contra-indications
Enzogenol™ACE is not suitable for children except onmedical advice.
Possibility of interaction with some medicines, especially blood thinners. Patients receiving prescribed medications should advise their doctors they are taking this product.
Free radicals produced by many biochemical processes or toxic substances, are molecules that have an electron missing, and are therefore unstable. Citrus Bioflavonoids - are themselves powerful polyphenolic antioxidants and protect Vitamin C, enhancing its effect.
Betacarotene (Pro Vitamin A)... has a number of important functions in the body including its role in immune system function, by protecting the mucous membrane linings antibacterial and antiviral barriers. It is also needed for the growth and maintenance of the skin, and it is essential for the proper function of the eye.1
Natural Vitamin E - It is a powerful antioxidant in preventing lipid peroxidation of the cell membranes and Essential Fatty Acids. The natural form of Vitamin E appears to be the effective form and recent studies indicate that it is also the most potent (bioavailable).1
Vitamin C - Ascorbic Acid - is a key free radical scavenger.
Zinc - is an essential component of more than 80 different enzyme reactions and involved in many different metabolic processes.
